REWRITE does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, or disorder. The AI coaching conversations are not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, psychiatry, or any licensed mental health service.

2. No Guarantee of Results

REWRITE provides tools and insights intended to support personal reflection and growth. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, transformation, behavioral change, or any particular results from using the platform.

Individual experiences vary. The vocal biomarker insights provided are based on pattern analysis and should be treated as observations, not diagnoses or definitive assessments. The accuracy of voice analysis depends on numerous factors including recording quality, environment, and individual vocal characteristics.

The interactive story and AI coaching are designed as reflective exercises. Any decisions you make based on insights from REWRITE are your own responsibility.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REWRITE and its creators, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the service
  • Any decisions made based on information or insights provided by the platform
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or voice recordings
  • Any third-party conduct on the service
  • Any other matter relating to the service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

4. Voice Data and Privacy

When you use voice input features, REWRITE processes your voice to extract biomarker signals. We treat your voice data with the highest level of care:

  • Voice recordings are processed to extract biomarker data and are not stored longer than necessary for analysis
  • We never sell your voice data or biomarker information to third parties
  • We do not share your personal data without your explicit consent
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us

By using voice features, you consent to the processing of your voice for the purpose of biomarker analysis as described above.

5. Coaching Partner Disclaimer

REWRITE offers tools and data for professional coaches, therapists, and counselors. However:

  • REWRITE does not certify, license, or credential any coaching partner
  • The biomarker data provided to coaching partners is supplementary and should not replace professional clinical judgment
  • Coaching partners are independently responsible for their professional conduct, licensing, and the quality of care they provide to their clients
  • REWRITE is not responsible for any actions taken by coaching partners based on data provided through the platform

Coaching partners must obtain appropriate consent from their clients before using REWRITE data in their practice.

We reserve the right to modify this legal disclaimer at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of REWRITE after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
